ReefTrace live™ is currently available for devices compatible with iOS 10.0 and newer:

What are your normal hours of operation for Customer Service Support in the US?
Our Support hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 A.M. EST to 6:00 P.M. EST
Who can feature products at the Plaza section?
Only established businesses can feature products at our Plaza section.
Where can I register my Local Fish Store in the LFS Finder if i dont have the App?
You can register your Local Fish Store by completing the form located at our LFS page
Can I suggest changes to a LFS from the App?
You can suggest changes to a LFS using the LFS Finder feature, once you locate the LFS click on Report any updates; enter and submit any changes, our team will process your request within 48 hours
Can I suggest adding a LFS to the LFS Finder from the App?
Yes, you can suggest adding a LFS which is not already loaded in the LFS FInder, by clicking on the plus sign on the bottom right section within the LFS FInder feature
Can I try the Reeftrace Live™ Plus subscription for FREE?
Yes, you can try the subscription for 30 days; payment will be charged to your Apple ID/Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings after purchase. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.
Can I cancel my current active Reeftrace Live™ Plus subscription and get a refund?
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. If you cancel, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date. There is no refund if you cancel an active subscription. If you cancel during a trial period, you might lose access to content immediately
Can I cancel my current active Reeftrace Live™ Plus subscription before the 30 days free trial ends?
You can turn off auto-renewal on your subscription any time. If you cancel your auto-renewal before the end of your free trial, you will not be charged, however no refunds are available within the active subscription period.
What features are included with the Reeftrace Live™ Plus subscription?
Cloud Data 1 GB of cloud storage; The price you paid for the ReefTrace Live™ App includes 250 Mb of cloud storage for your data (logs/media); if you reach your limit you can expand your limit by subscribing. Controllers & Testers Seamlessly integrate available testing devices and take advantage of all the tools our statistics feature offers, your data will be stored along with your manually entered logs. Watch Integration Get your reef status on your wrist; get notifications, and background updates for your Apple Watch. Support Development Help us fund server, integrations, future app improvements, and food for our reef critters

Yes, the ReefTrace Live™ App is available for any smartwatches running the latest version of iOS or Android
